Vacation is an outdoor dining concept by Chef Chad Gauss located next to The Food Market Columbia. We take great pride in our inclusive and positive work environment. We love seeing our staff grow into new roles, while remaining true to their passions, styles and goals. We are thrilled to have another restaurant in Howard County because the people are wonderful and the community is welcoming.
We seat on a first come, first served basis. If you are planning a visit to Merriweather, please be sure to leave ample time before the show to enjoy your dining experience. We are also open post-show time.
